SEIZAN Gallery is pleased to present HAKU: The Art of Gold and Silver Leafing. Open from March 3 through April 30, 2022, the show features works by six artists who use gold and silver leaf in a contemporary way: Eri Iwasaki, Emi Katsuta, Rose Morant, Takashi Seto, Kiwako Suzuki and Kenta Takahashi. They have mastered the technique of applying this traditional material on various mediums (supports). Their experiments are yielding fresh possibilities for a new visual language.
